Charlie Ary serves as a Development Analyst on the Rock Island Clean Line project, a high voltage direct current transmission line that will deliver 3,500 megawatts of clean wind power from northwest Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Minnesota to communities in Illinois and in states to the east. In this role, Charlie assists in efforts across all aspects of project development, including community outreach, public relations, routing and permitting.

Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Rice University. He currently participates in the Gulf Coast Big Brothers and Big Sisters program and the Leadership Rice Summer Mentorship Experience.
